From Rt. 13 South:

Follow Rt. 13 South; pass Peninsula Regional Medical Center.

Continue on Rt. 13 South through intersection at Vine Street.

Pass Delmarva Surgery Center on your left, continue to light at North Boulevard (before Giant Food grocery store).

Turn left onto North Boulevard.

At Stop sign, turn left onto Roland Street.

Follow Roland Street until you come to Delmarva Surgery Center on your right.

Turn right at second entrance into patient parking lot.

Follow Rt. 13 North; pass Salisbury University on your left.

Continue on Rt. 13 North to light at North Boulevard (after Giant Food grocery store).

Turn right onto North Boulevard.

At Stop sign, turn left onto Roland Street.

Follow Roland Street until you come to Delmarva Surgery Center on your right.

Turn right at second entrance into patient parking lot.
